Make it stand out.
It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
What is normal?
your vagina and the ligaments that hold up are bladder are still stretchy from all the pregnancy hormones, the opening of your vulva is bigger than it was previously (it will shrink), so you can see the internal walls more than you could before. All normal. It is also normal to:
feel heavy, open or different in your vagina
to feel urgency or have no warning when you need to wee, poo or pass wind.
to feel swollen, sore and bruised
to feel generally weak and be achey in your hips and back
Your oestrogen is low now that your placenta is out and you’re breastfeeding, that helps to start stiffening the tissues up again, especially over the first 12 weeks
Because of the stretch, gravity will affect your pelvic floor: avoid long periods standing, keep your walks short, rest horizontally as much as possible
Exercise

What should i do?
Ice: ice packs in your undies or between your undies and compression shorts can be soothing
horizontal rest - If you feel heaviness, that’s a sign you’ve hit your limit. It should resolve overnight, if it doesn’t then you need more rest or might need to check in with us or your care team
Sex: Wait at least 6 weeks before having sex. When you do have sex, being highly aroused and having plenty of lubricant on hand will help to decrease pain and apprehension.
