Many people suffer from pelvic floor problems and pelvic pain. Bladder leakage, prolapse and painful sex can affect women of all ages and life stages, and while they may be common, it is not normal and we encourage people suffering any of these symptoms to seek help. Our team of pelvic health trained osteos and physios will work together with you to assess and treat a variety of conditions:

  • Urinary leakage, urgency or frequency

  • Constipation, straining

  • Prolapse assessment

  • Painful sex (dyspareunia), pain using tampons

  • Genital pain, pelvic floor spasm, Coccyx pain

  • Pelvic girdle pain in pregnancy (including sacroiliac, low back, hip and pubic symphysis pain)

  • Labour and birth preparation

  • Scar tissue treatment
