We accept TAC patients for Osteo and Physio.

You need to provide us with your date if injury and claim number.

If your injury was over 90 days ago, we need to submit an Allied Health Treatment Plan and seek approval for your to be eligible for reimbursement from TAC for services.

We DO NOT invoice TAC directly. You are responsible for full payment of our fees on the day of service. We will issue you with a copy of your invoice for you to submit to TAC for reimbursement at their approved rates.

Osteo and Physio is covered under DVA.

You need a referral from your GP for a treatment cycle. A treatment cycle is one year from the date of referral or 12 treatments, whichever comes first.

DVA clients with a TPI Gold Card do not use the treatment cycle for physiotherapy services (not osteo). They can use annual or, in some circumstances, indefinite referrals to access these services.

Please bring your DVA card with you to your first appointment.

We invoice DVA directly.

We see patients who have been injured at work and have an active WorkCover claim. You must provide to us your claim number and date of injury.

Our osteos and physios are all able to see you.

We DO NOT invoice WorkCover directly. You are responsible for full payment of our fees on the day of service. We will issue you with a copy of your invoice for you to submit to WorkCover for reimbursement.

Your GP may refer you to see an osteo or physio with a Chronic Disease Management Plan.

You may be eligible for up to 5 treatments per calendar year under this plan.

Full payment is taken on the day of service, and the claim is then submitted to Medicare and the rebate is paid back to the bank account linked with your MyGov account typically within 48 hours.

Patients with an NDIA plan or who are plan-managed can see our physios. Please contact info@eurekahealth.com.au to inquire and we can discuss your requirements and set up a service agreement.

Self-managed participants are welcome to book with our physios or osteos, standard appointment rates apply on the day of the appointment and we can provide you with a receipt for claiming.
