Tracey Julius

physiotherapist, clinical exercise and Pilates instructor

Tracey graduated in 2015 with a Master of Physiotherapy and is currently completing postgraduate qualifications in pelvic health at Melbourne University. She has experience across a variety of areas, including musculoskeletal physiotherapy, neurological rehabilitation, clinical Pilates, and pelvic health.

Tracey is passionate about empowering people through tailored care and goal-oriented rehabilitation. She has a special interest in pelvic health, including the management of bladder and bowel dysfunction, incontinence, pelvic pain, prolapse, and pelvic floor concerns. She supports people of all genders, including those preparing for or recovering from prostate surgery, navigating pregnancy or postpartum recovery, or managing changes during menopause.

As a parent of two young children, Tracey understands the diverse challenges people may face throughout different life stages. She values a compassionate, inclusive, and practical approach to care—helping each person feel confident, understood, and supported.

Outside of work, Tracey enjoys exploring local trails, playgrounds, and cafes with her family or curling up with a good book.
