Jody came to love Pilates through her own journey with injuries associated with playing netball. She is a mother of three and after returning to netball after the birth of her third child, she started in the Pilates studio and found it extremely helpful.

For the first time, she found that doing rehab for her injuries was enjoyable. Focusing on strength, flexibility and control of movement, her health really improved and she was able to continue playing netball, feeling stronger and more able than she had in years. This led to her studying Pilates with qualifications in both mat and reformer Pilates. She loves teaching in the studio and is enthusiastic about helping clients determine and achieve goals while keeping a good sense of humour and having fun along the way.

After years of teaching Pilates, the passion for helping people to move better naturally led her to become a qualified Remedial Massage Therapist. Her aim goes beyond relaxation—it's about restoring balance, relieving pain, and empowering your body to move freely again.

Jody uses a variety of techniques which include relaxation massage techniques, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, cupping and functional cupping.

Outside of the studio, she remains a keen netballer, loves camping with her family and training for her next triathlon.
