    5 Week Beginners Reformer Pilates Course: Ballarat

    Visit our Howitt St Pilates Studio and let us guide you safely and gradually to become an expert on the reformer. 5 consecutive weeks to learn the ropes and increase your confidence.

    Reformer Classes

    We offer a variety of reformer Pilates classes including All Levels, Foundations and Over 55’s.

    You can book these classes casually or purchase a 5, 10 or 20 pack.

    All levels of fitness are welcome at these classes. If you have a specific injury or are pregnant please give us a call to discuss Clinical Exercise and Pre/Postnatal Classes.
